44cuci operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Members may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or other account actions are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
44cuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, and Public Bank. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your 44cuci account and verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. 44cuci targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes, however processing times may vary due to payment provider procedures.
44cuci maintains strict anti-money laundering ("AML") procedures. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 44cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Upon termination for breach, all outstanding balances may be voided. Upon termination for non-breach reasons, verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification requirements.
